Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is shipped, also backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling At Ginnys Attic Dolls Houses and Accessories we have no minimum order value so please feel free to order as little or as much as you like. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout prior to order completion and further details on shipping charges can be found here|
|Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 4 - 10 days.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged for items on back order until they are dispatched.|
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that Ginny's Attic has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Ginny's Attic recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes, duties or clearance charges that may be applicable to your on-line order. You will be the importer of the goods and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be borne. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer.
Please note that when shipping goods from the UK, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the UK, you are deemed to be the importer.

At Dolls House and Accessories from Ginny's Attic your satisfaction is our priority and therefore we offer a no quibble full satisfaction or refund guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, please email or call us on +44 (0) 1903 522599 within 7 days of receiving your order for returns information and to arrange replacements or a refund as required.
Any non-faulty products must be returned within 7 days in new condition as shipped form the manufacturer in the original packaging and suitable for resale in order to receive full credit.
Please note: We are unable to refund any shipping and handling fees.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If any goods received are damaged, please contact us within 7 days from the day you received the goods.
Returning Goods Damaged in Transit
You must report to Ginny's Attic any goods that are either damaged on arrival or not what was ordered within 48 hours of receipt. You can contact our Customer Support Team on +44 (0) 1903 522599
Receiving Goods by Courier
If you receive goods by courier you should not sign for the consignment unless you have completely checked the entire contents of your delivery. You should instead sign the package as "Unchecked".
If the consignment's packaging is in any way damaged you should review the goods delivered in detail and (if applicable) sign for the package as "Damaged".
Notifying Ginny's Attic of Problems with Deliveries
You must notify us of any problems with a consignment within 48 hours of receipt. When contacting us it would be useful if you could have at hand the delivery note attached to the parcel - which states your consignment number. You can contact our Customer Support Team on +44 (0) 1903 522599
